Prayer Walks and Walls
A prayer walk is an outreach of faith, love, and action directed by the Lord anywhere at any time to His people. Joshua 1:3 states: “Every place on which the sole of your foot treads, I have given it to you, just as I spoke to Moses.”
Why should you go on a prayer walk?
- For nations of unbelievers to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. (Psalm 2:8)
- For carnal believers to repent and return to the Lord. (Acts 3:19-21)
- To encourage believers in their faith and prayer life. (Ephesians 1:18-2:10)
- For restoration of the land defiled by man’s sin. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Focus upon our Great God:
It is upon You, God of all glory and power that we totally depend for the manifestation of Your presence among the nations of the earth. It is only by the authority of the eternal Godhead that the darkness and blindness of mankind is dispelled and deliverance from sin and bondage can be obtained thru Your finished work in Christ Jesus our Lord. Bind the spirit of deception and destruction that seeks to undermine Your love and grace. Draw to Yourself men, woman and children from all the nations of the earth, to the honor and praise of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who alone is worthy. To Him may all glory and praise be given! Amen
A Poem of Prayer:
Whatever you do, pray…
When you are eating or fasting and praying, ask God to pour out His spiritual and
physical food upon those who are hungry.
When you are drinking water, pray for those without living or clean water…
When you are walking in freedom, pray for those being persecuted or in prison…
When you are at home, pray for those who are homeless around the world. May they have
their dwelling place in the Lord and a physical home, too.
When you are fighting spiritual battles in your land, pray for strength, wisdom and
understanding for your nation’s leaders and those fighting on the front line
for the gospel around the world…
When you are sick and have hope in Christ, pray for those who are sick and
without hope to be healed spiritually and be healed physically in Christ.
When you are safe and secure, pray for the children and adults who need to be
brought out of danger and into God’s safe place for them.
